My regular session fees are as follows:

50 minute Individual session (90837) - $140

50 minute Couples session (90847) - $175

Extended 80 minute couples sessions may be available based on upon request.

I am in network with Premera and Lifewise insurance plans, which includes certain Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. For all other clients I am happy to provide superbills upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. Please feel free to contact me for a list of questions to ask your insurance company regarding reimbursement for out of network services.
